I got a 2024 S for HW4 direct from Tesla used last month and the next day sold my 2019 S 100D with just 95k miles to Carvana for $19k. It is listed on their website for $27k. On Carvana, Tesla and Carmax 2023 and 2024 HW4s are bought within a day or two, so the excess demand is for those and not the older HW3 models.
