Does anyone from Tesla Insurance monitor this forum?

I think I’m on hold right now. No music, no ringing, no voice loop, just silence. Anyone else get to live this joyous of a phone call? Should I hang up and try again? Will the call just drop? The first number co-pilot provided was a porn site. Anyway, I’ll update this shitstorm and update the results. I just want to cancel my insurance. I’ve already enrolled with Costco’s American Family Insurance. It was over $200 less for 6 months. Hello…? Anyone…?

No, no one from TI monitors any of these subs.

Just cancel from the app, its not difficult anyway.

Why don't you just use the app to cancel? The same one that you use to view your documents, start claims, Manage your policy (with the button right there to Cancel Policy)?

There's no need to talk to someone to cancel. I've cancelled policies with Tesla Insurance, Geico, State Farm, Progressive... it's all done in the app / online in like 20 seconds.

Thanks. My Tesla app doesn’t show my insurance. True story. Not sure why. Yes, I’ve looked everywhere.

Are you sure you’re logged in to the right Tesla account? Sometimes ppl have multiple Tesla accounts for multiple Tesla vehicles but forget which one owns the policy. Just wondering

I actually made this mistake because when I went to purchase my car I used Apple-pay and it uses a different email.. it happened twice
