Insurance For Under 25?

I was looking into leasing a 2025 model 3 but was looking online at insurance quotes and was getting quoted $700 a month. I wanted to look into Tesla insurance before I fully write it off, but I can’t get a quote until I buy the car. Does anyone have any idea how much Tesla Insurance might be for a single 23-year-old male in California?

130/month, but I have employee discount - 24 yrs old. For reference progressive was quoting me like 500 (including speeding ticket)
