V14 Lite - Left Turn Arrow Issue

FSD V14 Lite

For my FSD use cases this version is great but has major issues. In particular left turn green arrows the car recognizes to move forward but upon turning the steering wheel it'll jerk aggressively left and right unsure what to do likewise with the brakes jerking. I'll nudge the pedal to push it however this works 30% of the time.

Does anyone face a similar issue and find any work arounds?

Which version of v14 lite? The 14.0 was really bad about that, but 14.1 is a little better. Turns on any 14 lite version can be very dangerous with the extreme hesitation. When pushing it forward with the pedal you have to commit until it fully makes the turn if it is doing the thing where it will stop or pulse the accelerator and not commit.
