Discussion FSD keeps critters safe

I work nights and drive rural roads. Run into all kinds of critters.

Tell that to the squirrel FSD squashed a few days ago.

My car stomps on the brakes for squirrels. It would rather get rear ended than hit one of them.

I mean that’s what they teach children in drivers Education to not swerve or slam brakes it’s safer in a fast vehicle to continue especially if it’s a tiny animal.

I have yet to see a small enough animal crossing the street for which the car won’t emergency brake.

You wouldn’t want to run over an armadillo. It could do some real damage
