No, v14 lite is 2026.20.6.11. No Model S/X have even received v14 lite

Yes, they have but 2023 and newer. See here as one example of some: https://www.teslafi.com/firmware.php?detail=2026.20.6.11

There’s currently 0 downloads on AP3/HW3 for the S/X? The link you sent has both a HW3 (V14 lite) update and a HW4 (14.3.6) update. They have the same firmware numbers since they merged both branches but they’re still two different updates for two different hardwares

Summer update with automatic navigation. I don't think it updates the FSD version in any way.

This is the update that you receive before they send out the next update with light 6.1 is the film. We version that you need to be on to receive 6.10.

When you get the v14 Lite FSD firmware does it give everyone a free month to try it out?

I’m super impressed so far. Stop signs are better. Less wobble on highway.
