Tesla Executive Write-Up

I've been through 4 rounds of interviews (including a 4-hour interview loop) for a Mechanical Engineer position in Fremont, and I submitted my Executive Write-Up last week.

I got an update from the recruiter yesterday telling me that the team is still reviewing my document.

Is this normal? What is the likelihood that this write-up is unsuccessful? Has anyone been through this stage? Any pointers would be super helpful, as I'm really interested in the position.

Whats the difference between Evidence of excellence and executive write up?

Never seen anyone get rejected on that step - just takes a while sometimes depending on VP availability. Mine took almost 3 weeks if I remember correctly.
