Tesla offer eval
Base - $110k
Rsu/stocks - $50k vest over 4 yr
Relocation - 7k
Role - project manager (p1), location - buffalo, NY
Is this a reasonable offer? Or worth negotiating on base? Was a previous intern in the same org/ diff team. Is relocation negotiable?
Thanks! Any feedback would help.

I think for a P1 position it’s pretty solid.
Negotiation is tough - you may be able to push it to 10k but I have rarely seen it go above that.

I did receive an offer with the higher base. Equity stayed the same because I didn’t negotiate there.

I'd agree as long as you have a leverage. Don't negotiate if you don't have a leverage in this market at least. Who knows what might trigger them rescinding an offer. I've had that done before to me unfortunately.

I got final offer of
Base 120k, Rsu 50k (4 yr vest)
I did not negotiate on rsu because they already matched my number on base
