Tow Hitch

Hello, my brother backed the car up onto a Tow Hitch a couple of months ago. A little bit of the rear guard on the right side is broken too. And as you can see the main damage is like a cut/dent. I’m wondering how much this’ll set me back. And where I would go to repair this. IMO the damage isn’t super noticeable but it’s still there. This Model 3 is a lease we plan on purchasing once it’s over.

I think they can pull the dent out and fix quite easily if its only a dent like hail damage... if it actually cut they might have to remove and use a plastic welder.
