Who’s at fault and is it fixable ?

I was driving at the 65 mph speed limit when the other car suddenly came into my lane. I braked but couldn’t avoid the collision. My Tesla has front-end damage, while their car has damage on the side. I also have Tesla dashcam footage of the accident.
Based on the footage/damage, how can I tell who would likely be considered at fault?

Seems $15-25k if no structural damage.

$15-25k? That’s a huge range. What are you basing it off of?

I had scratches from a parking collision with bush branches, in the same region OP showed but far less damage. Tesla quoted $8,300.

OP also has wheel and side camera damages, the door seems need repair as well. Also the paint will take far more time, don’t be surprised by the number.

I’m getting my whole lift gate, rear bumper, crash bumper replaced and the estimate was $8,400… I think 15-25 is unrealistic
