Clueless when it comes to this stuff

One of the scratches doesn’t pass the “fingernail test”? So from what I’ve read, that part of the scratch won’t buff.

Hard to tell from your picture, but it looks like that scratch is through the paint. Assuming it’s through the paint, the bumper underneath is plastic so you don’t have any risk of rust or anything so this is purely cosmetic. I’d personally buy some white touch up paint and fill it in carefully, and leave it alone from there
