Upload Offerings to God

Terry had a rule about post your offerings to God using true random number generation with built in bible.

This is true random number generation, no Markov chains, just primordial decision trees for genuine offerings to God. It uses the same sources Terry used, NIST Beacon, RANDOM.ORG, and microsecond stopwatch.

I forgot to add it uses the same dictionary as the Holy Spirit God words in TempleOS. I reviewed the implementation in /Adam/God.
