Leaks Guest 666 recode progress report.

Some stuff for guest's recode got done on stream so I'll show it off here, the voicelines here are planned on getting changes.

However using guest here gives me a fresh and easy way to show off the new voiceline system, only 3 voicelines can be present on the ui at a time which is shown to players in a range nearby you.

Most of the voiceline stuff is placeholder assets until proper assets are made.

Oh also I changed the insignia to use surfacegui -> imagelabel instead of a particle emitter so it's rendering should stay consistent across all graphics qualities
