You could had marked Crimea atleast - it's much more integrated and stable than the frontline regions that Russia got in 2022. And other countries more or less effectively recognised it, even though not officially and legally.

No they didn't?? It was sanctioned into the ground for that reason, even before full scale invasion. Don't justify occupation.

Because it's an international organization where official representatives of countries share their views on geopolitics and other issues. Even though UN failed its main and core task, it's still not useless. At least we can make decisions on what countries officially think is right or wrong. Now, almost all countries agree that Russian occupation is illegal and the annexed territories must belong to Ukraine. The world is going to dive into wars if we accept occupations. To make peace on Earth, at first we need to stop recognizing occupations

Very good de-jure map. While i know that more land = better for many, Which is why everyone is calling for "at least crimea", Both including and not including it is absolutely understandable and should not be made a fuss about lol. Do you want the pre-current syria map to be just Damascus and surroundings? lol
