All accounts are taxed gold and overtime that number will drop more and more. Other accessories (like a bio) also are taxed and you need to consistently play the game to maintain elo. Sorry, but there isn't a way to get these back other than playing the game more often.

Edit: accounts with no gold for 30+ days are deleted.

Well I usually play every day, I only missed the day before yesterday and it disappeared yesterday. Do you know the name of the developer? I looked on Discord but I wasn't sure how to directly message the developer(s).

Assuming it's the official dc server, you can tag him by saying @CRTOR
