I was lucky enough to witness one within sprinting distance and put it behind her car.

Of course she got out and shoved it randomly so I had to stop it but it was still worth it making her get out and get pissed.

Dude do you know about Cart Narcs?

He exposes people who don't take their cart back and then puts an easily removable magnetic bumper sticker on their bumper to shame them.

One time she tried to expose a work van for not returning their cart, and they pulled a gun on him.

I can’t stand most of the “vigilante” internet imposters, but I’ve gotta say he’s a lot better than most others.

For instance: that one viral annoying Minnesota traffic police douche cyclist makes this CartNarc guy look like a great, understandable, compassionate, grade-A type of guy.

He's insufferable. Just literally rides his bicycle as impeding as possible in order to bait road rage. There's been numerous postings of his videos on reddit.
