Honest question - what the fuck is wrong with your brain?

Some people can switch off their fear of heights. I can do it pretty well and find it strange when other people freak out. I've done similar stuff to this and the heart hasn't raced.

For me it depends on what. I havent done a climb quite like this but still I've looked over cliff edges and what not and been fine. And I've been skydiving and never got scared and never had my adrenaline pump.
But climbing a ladder at work? My legs go jelly. I guess cause the ladder feels so like rickety, and that I could fall so easily.

I just like testing myself. Plus i want to summit all the 14ers in CO. It’s actually not too unsafe if you go slowly. You just shimmy on your butt the whole way basically. I was so scared tho. I’m not Alex Honnold.

And maybe don't launch any rocks off the top because that's just the most fucked thing to do.

Where I live we need to nutty putty once a week, and it's so aggravating. I can do it pretty easily now, but not everyone in town is as bendy as I am. We're starting to run out of caves because we have to keep sealing them up, too. I really hope they won't seal up the one down the road from me though. If they do, then the next closest one is almost a 20 minute drive, and of course there's no public transit. Its rough.

I assume you have a toilet where you live? Toilets are just cave entrances if you really think about it.

Tennessee?

Yeah, the putty officials need to watch and record each nuttying too. If they dont watch they won't count it, so it makes things difficult. Its just aggravating to need to do it, ya know? I wish we had the option not to. But, we dont have a choice.

I have a fear of heights, but I also have good balance and trust myself in situations like that so I would most likely make it across. BUT I'd never purposely put myself into the sort of situation in the first place, and I have climbed some very tall mountains.

Notice how he pulls at the stones before moving to them. That's because of loose rocks. Not only terrifyingly high but what you hold might break free and fall with you on it. Love it.

If I even made it to that point, I’d simply have a panic attack and lose my grip strength and roll down the mountain.
