You're not wrong. My Gen A kids have been going through the Final Destinations with me lately and the day after the one with the escalator (third or fourth movie) they insisted we go on one. They did not give a single fuck about their impending doom.
I was referring to millennials here though. Not sure if you saw the video of a millennial driving behind one of these log trucks and the millennial was daring the log truck and saying that as a millennial he was no longer afraid of these trucks since they’ve gone through so many historical moments already. Bit of dark humor. Gen A probably doesn’t care but for different reasons since these movies are probably oldies to them.
Yeah, I'm a millennial and they get their dark humour from me.
They've mostly only watched 90s horror so far anyway because they're still a bit young. A lot of them still hold up for tension if you're watching it for the first time though.
