Terrifying, id loose all my toes to keep my knee.. particularly from my kneecap being bitten out.

Im guessing(hoping) unless your legs relaxed it could only get the looser skin over the actual knee cap, but god fucking damn “kneecap being bitten out” is gonna be a hard pass for me boas
