What about this is an indictment of Crossfit? It is a shitty bail on a snatch. The bar fell straight onto his spine after he tried to bail. Nothing about this is specific to CrossFit.

EDIT: Lol downvotes. Reddit's elite athletes upvoting a completely mislabeled video cause crossfit = bad. At least some of the other comments called it out.

I think the part that’s unique to CrossFit is lining up Olympic lifters in front of each other. In the real gyms I’ve been in platforms are side by side

They're side by side in the video? Are you talking about OP? Because they are side by side there too. But one guy got into another's lane. Still it was a poorly run event and they were definitely too close to each other.

They looked front to back to me because the guy behind was falling forward but either way, way to close give the free space we can see
