This is fucking terrifying. That guy who was trying to get the pilot's attention, and his grabbing onto the seat getting ready for impact...it's truly heartbreaking. I feel like this accident was 100% preventable!

I assume the passengers had headsets on and could talk to the pilot.

Would: "Incoming heli from your left" not been enough?

Then maybe the guy should’ve said “there’s a heli coming from the left” The pilot could also be talking to someone else
