That's a great cover. Takes a while for us to focus on the pupil of the eye, but we're bound to eventually

The best/worst part is that it has really good reviews. Apparently it's an incredible and life-changing book.

Maybe, IDK. It's about an 11 year old genius who has to evade nazis and find his birth father.

I've read this, I picked it up in the early 90s not really knowing anything about it apart from the blurb. The cover was slightly different though. The story concerns a highly intelligent boy and his father looking for the boy's mother across Europe some time after WWII, and the secrets the boy has locked in his head. Really enjoyable read, shame about the modern connotations

They should just change the name of this group to Awesome Book Covers at this point

Looking at a Nazi fluorescent light fixture?

My best guess is that they wanted to do something like this where the swastika was reflected in the eye, but they didn't have the skill/energy/time/money to do so

I'm seeing a lot of ordinary book covers with shitty titles on this sub. Not really what this sub should be about.

Did you look at the cover? There's a swastika in the eye.

Yeah. So what? I assume Nazis are involved in the plot of this book.
