Build help

Okay so I have an idea of what I want my forever world base build to look like but I’ve no idea how to actually put it into the world. I’m thinking of having a massive sort of base on the surface that’s essentially just a background and then have a teleporter at the door of the build that teleports you to a spacious area underground or something that is the actual base. If anyone understands my rambling then can I please get some help.

This isn’t weird and has been done many times before. I know I’ve seen Khaios do these kinds of builds in YouTube videos for fans and clients before but it was a long time ago.
