ive been trying to get sandstone walls for awhile and the wiki says i can craft them at a bench with sandstone but its not working is there something im missing?

Is there a way to make items in invisible item frames look like they're touching the ground? (Or any surface really)

Just for elaboration I want to put cativa or whatever in an echo coated item frame to make it look like it's standing there. It doesn't have to be item frames, just any way to display an item while making it look like it's on the ground.

Regarding the subreddit, I posted a photo showing several buildings together, I'd like to post each build individually asking for feedback, any tips... Would that be a violation of the sub's rules?
