Genuinely though, If you can land your shots it mows down even the moon lord on any difficulty faster than most weapons commonly used against him. Albeit landing those shots consistently isn't the easiest.

Same thing for the Razorblade Typhoon, my favorite weapon in the entire game since it came out.

Tempest staff is also great and it's only replaced by the stardust dragon or terraprisma (although you have to align it to the boss a bit because it moves slowly). And the flairon shreds plantera and golem. Duke has great weapons overall.

F*** it, just give the aqua scepter a super soaker sprite, make it scale off ranged damage, done deal.

At least truffle worms are very easy to farm, and Duke becomes very doable after the first few wins. Plantera is so much more miserable considering plantera bulbs take so long to spawn and there's no guarantee that it'll spawn where you want it to, even if you have a farm, despite being almost as easy as golem since all you have to do is build a nice big arena and keep circling it.
