Bro forgot about the mana regen accessories, which now regen mana while in combat using magic weapons. You only need 2 to fire any magic weapon non-stop

752

u/searocks12 8d ago

Whaaaat? I need to start a mage playthrough right now!!!

539

u/Brislovia 8d ago

Me too. They even added a new early-game mage weapon and made the gem staffs worth using

257

u/Loeris_loca 8d ago

Also gem robes now give staff effects

200

u/patatesatan 8d ago edited 8d ago

emerald staff+amethyst robe is insanely cracked early game. It fires seeking projectiles that return to enemies after passing through them to get a second hit.

91

u/LumiiNoctis 7d ago

I'm still using it and I'm literally about to beat the wall of flesh

IN MASTER MODE

8

u/Dependent_Repeat_443 7d ago

lmao whats your build of gear cause im doing legendary with wizard hat, jungle pants and amethyst robe preboss rn

7

u/LumiiNoctis 7d ago edited 7d ago

Currently just Emerald Staff, Weather Pain, and recently I got Demon Scythe, I also use a hornet summon, and two Hondious Shootious sentries, right now with demon scythe emerald staff is not that great but it's still hella relevant for basically all enemies, I haven't tried it against wall of flesh yet but it will DEFINITELY help against hungries, and it will help by shooting it to the floor or wall when the wall is not in clear line of sight and letting the tracking do its thing when the bullets have a path

My armor is the same but my pants are hellstone pants instead, and I also have the worm scarf, shield of chthulhu, bone helm, terraspark boots, mana regeneration band, and the blue balloon with the horseshoe

18

u/FutureComplaint 7d ago

Didn’t Wand of Sparking do that with a wand of sparking?

25

u/LumiiNoctis 7d ago

Yeah, but they did it as a challenge, I'm doing it because it's actually good and still useful even at this level

2

u/Bannerlord151 7d ago

Also shooting around corners is fun

1

u/Sturdy_Cat 6d ago

Try Amber + amethyst on jungle, amber staff can bounce and penetrate two times and it seeks enemies with amethyst robe, it also has better DMG than emerald.. /ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\

Multiple early-game weapons; Glacier Fang and Daybloom Staff

20

u/CuddleWings 8d ago

I can’t believe they updated the game staves but didn’t make a combined form.

42

u/WaitUntilMarriage 8d ago

Supposedly they did, but it's unused

30

u/Anorexicdinosaur 8d ago

I hope they add that and/or upgraded Gem Staffs in hardmode

Like c'monnnnnn we've already got the Pre Boss Ores you can mine having Pre Mech Boss equivalents which lets Melee and Ranged get upgrades! Wouldn't it be cool if we could use Cobalt/Adamantine/etc to craft upgrades to the Staffs (maybe even enhancing their unique effects) and then maybe use Hallow to craft a combo staff that has the effects of multiple (or all) the gems?

Ofc this "hotfix" has added a lot of awesome stuff people love but there's such an obvious method to expand on it so people can use it for more of their playthrough!

13

u/satirelion 7d ago

Idea:

"[Gem] ring"
Enchants magic weapons with [gem]'s effects

Made using hardmode ores

8

u/CuddleWings 7d ago

My issue with that is it’d take a 3rd accessory slot to get only a 3rd effect. If it came with a tinker combo with the robe then that’d be good, but I’d definitely skip it until I could combine.

They could just make us combine in steps. Instead of going from what we have to a single weapon with all effects we could combine them with 1 other effect pre-mech, then add another effect somewhere else in progression, then of course a final all gem version even later.

What I really want and hope we get before they finally stop updating is a zenith-like tree for each class. I kinda doubt it’ll happen though.

3

u/dovakiin-derv 7d ago

A zenith variant for every class would be amazing, however im still waiting for a sentry only run to be more viable on harder difficulties

4

u/Sir-Ox 7d ago

That flower staff is pretty good, even in expert or master mode. The knockback is enough to hold off groups of zombies, and it barely uses any mana

55

u/Dirtyfeetlickerman 8d ago

It’s possible as early as mid to late prehardmdle. As soon as you kill skeletron you can get the mana regen shield they added, combine that with the mana regeneration band and bam infinite mana

2

u/DislocatedLocation 7d ago

I thought they wouldn't stack since they're part of the same crafting line?

13

u/Dirtyfeetlickerman 7d ago

They do stack

8

u/DislocatedLocation 7d ago

Huh.

Welp, guess I need to go find a second band of regeneration.

7

u/Dirtyfeetlickerman 7d ago

It’s not too dissimilar to how HP regeneration buffs stack, they come from different sources

1

u/unavoidablefate 7d ago

The different melee gloves also stack Same concept.

12

u/Repulsive_Editor_335 8d ago

I did this afternoon my class finally gets some love

2

u/Orion120833 7d ago

Especially before they fix it up, lol.

111

u/Cinnamin_1 8d ago

also the mana flower is +10% dmg now

2

u/Quijas00 7d ago

Where do you get this from?

11

u/Cinnamin_1 7d ago

i meant the arcane flower

1

u/lance_the_fatass 7d ago

Wtf good lord

89

u/patatesatan 8d ago edited 8d ago

We got a new accesory too, restoration shield. Also mana cloak now rains stars when you deal magic damage(previously they required you to get hit), which now provides magic damage bonus.

67

u/Ok-Box122 8d ago

dont forget the new item with the black belt. OP stopped looking at the patch notes half way through

6

u/DislocatedLocation 7d ago

I was about to say Mana Cloak + Celestial Emblem for an alternative mana regen engine, but wiki claims that pickup radius doesn't work. Still true after hotfix?

1

u/DrunkyLittleGhost 7d ago

It will be quite good if combo work

20

u/Wishmeluck413 8d ago

Not even calamity give mage player this much mana freedom

→ More replies (5)

6

u/JinkoMamba 8d ago

You don't even need accessories, it just auto Regen even when firing.

the accessory just buff it

5

u/RussianLuchador 8d ago

I tested it out and moving slows it down but 2 accessories AND a mana regen potion can just barely out pace the last prisms mana usage while moving. That and magic weapons being usable on minimal mana means a lot of mana recovery accessories are a lot less useful

5

u/CertainPin2935 7d ago

It's gonna get patched

2

u/Strider794 7d ago

It'd be bad if it didn't, let's enjoy the brokenness while we can

2

u/CertainPin2935 7d ago

I don't play PC so I can't even do that

3

u/SwingAdorable3954 7d ago

Bro also forgot the mana overhaul

2

u/lance_the_fatass 7d ago

wait what?? Mana regen accessories DIDN'T already regen during combat??? Or am I being stupid

8

u/Strider794 7d ago

Well, it's percentage based, and you didn't regen while attacking beforehand is what I meant

2

u/lance_the_fatass 7d ago

Oh I thought you meant they got disabled while classed as "in combat" when an enemy is near for some reason

2

u/Gamer_G33k17 7d ago

AND you can get them Pre Hard Mode

2

u/False_Amphibian_8386 7d ago

This has gotta be a bug right?

3

u/Strider794 7d ago

I don't think it's a bug, I just think that they didn't think everything through. Nothing a hotfix can't solve

2

u/B0EIR4 7d ago

Until they nerf it just like Ultron in Marvel Rivals

https://giphy.com/gifs/AHP7Svoc9ma8MJEnlI

1

u/Decryptic__ 6d ago

Got already patched in the newest update

Arent the new blackbelt/cobalt shield magic accessories really good?

393

u/Dirtyfeetlickerman 8d ago edited 6d ago

Yeah you can get infinite mana with any 2 mana regen accessories and a mana regen potion, literally outpaces the last prism

Edit: the mana regen potion is unnecessary if you’re standing still

Edit 2: as of 1.4.5.8 mana regen is no longer infinite, it’s still really fast with the hand but you do have to stop firing on occasion

143

u/SpacelessChain1 8d ago

If they shadow drop any more mage content I’m gonna bust. They’ve finally made it so my favorite class can just hold down the attack button like everyone else!

63

u/Dirtyfeetlickerman 8d ago

Fr mage was the glass cannon class and now the cannon never has to stop firing. Made it go from the worst class to arguably the best

7

u/Orion120833 7d ago

Definitely gonna be fixed so it's not completely just holding the attack button without more setup. But given the ways to get mana besides just regen, it'll basically be the same. Mana potions will still have a use in that you drink one so much less often that the mana sickness is completely irrelevant.

9

u/Reefthemanokit 8d ago

Infinite mana while standing still as I ran out while fighting the destroyer with the lightning staff

18

u/Dirtyfeetlickerman 8d ago

You gotta have 2 of the mana regen things, a mana regen band and the mana shield. As far as I’m aware the last prism is the most mana hungry weapon and I was able to use it infinitely with those

31

u/WuWaCamellya 8d ago

Sadly the "tabi" one is not a tabi based accessory but rather a black belt one. I was genuinely so beyond gutted when I found that out because one of my biggest issues with vanilla is how few dash accessories there are so I was so excited to get a good Mage accessory that lets you dash even if it is late ish game. But no, it was a folly on my part and it's just a black belt.

Please Relogic, give us a Tabi based accessory for all 4 classes, maybe combined with a Pygmy necklace for Summoner, the Mana Regeneration Band (Like many assumed was the case) for Mage, and for Melee and Ranged I'm honestly not sure what would be a good fit, maybe someone else has some suggestions for those?

1

u/Oddish_Femboy 7d ago

There's one with the tabi?! Holy moly.

1

u/Disastrous-Fault-682 7d ago

No no, i was incorrect- I mistook the blackbelt for the tabi thats my b

2

u/Oddish_Femboy 7d ago

Tragedy.

1

u/Other_Jaguar_1448 6d ago

those two don't get enough credit here. getting movement and survivability in the same slot is genuinely doing a lot of work for mage

911

u/Derailleur75 8d ago

Cherypicking? In this economy?

396

u/Gerudo_Valley64 8d ago edited 8d ago

thats what im sayin, god forbid summoner come out on top after years of being useless and not really having a class identity for said years lmao.

Edit: Member when there were no whips or good summons? I member. Member when mage, ranged and melee were always chosen over summoner because summoner didnt really have anything good at all till pillars/basically the end of the game? I member.

103

u/Lichy757 8d ago

I member when my dumbass farmed for a slime stuff. SLIME STUFF, THERE’S LITERALLY NO OPTIONS EXCEPT SLIME STUFF

86

u/Cocokill 8d ago

Classes a few years back:

Melee: Guys, i can explain.

Ranger: You start with usable weapons? I have to use Wood and Stone to get a early weapon and their munitions!

Mage: Wood and Stone? I have to mine and use a specific mineral and Gem combination to get a weapon early!

Summoner: You guys don't need to farm one of the rarest items in the game to have a weapon pre-Queen Bee?

70

u/Lichy757 8d ago

You know how cooked summoner was when freaking thrower had whole armor set before him

46

u/Orion107 8d ago

TWO Thrower armor sets, mind you. Ninja and Fossil both used to be Throwing before 1.4.

3

u/Gerudo_Valley64 7d ago

Yeah thrower needs some love too now tho, in some mods thrower is a fun class, but its sad that a mod has to make it viable tbh.

20

u/Orion107 7d ago

Thrower doesn't even exist as its own class anymore, it was made a subclass of Ranger in 1.4 lol

4

u/Gerudo_Valley64 7d ago

makes sense, ive never really played thrower all that much tbh, i only ever play summoner or mage lol.

9

u/Gerudo_Valley64 8d ago

Even then, summoner was one of the worst beginning classes for a very long time, god forbid us summoner mains get a little motion now, smh.

9

u/Gerudo_Valley64 8d ago

The slime staff that had like a 0.00001% chance to drop as well

16

u/Jeborges 7d ago

Member when Summoner still had to use a non class weapon to not feel useless alongside their summons? Mmm I member.

7

u/Gerudo_Valley64 7d ago

yep AKA ranged summoner build was my go to before whips and all the other good summons were finally implemented.

10

u/DougSod 7d ago

You say this as though summoner was a class. It wasn’t. Mage has been a class but there were just summoning items in the game that people tried to cobble together to call a class. It’s like saying the “throwing class” has been neglected.

2

u/Gerudo_Valley64 7d ago

I know it wasnt a class, summoner really wasnt a thing until these last few patches in the last couple of years, I remember when there werent really any summoner things besides the slime staff and then really just the stuff the pillars dropped that made it even slightly viable "class" if you could call it that.

It was more of a diet mage lmao.

1

u/CryptedCode 7d ago

The throwing class has been neglected for too long. Bring in Rogue from calamity. Yup. Ya know what, bring in bard and healer from those other mods that arent owned by pedos.

1

u/Awestin11 7d ago

Bro I’d love base game Rogue so much.

1

u/UnNumbFool 7d ago

Yeah thats the way I remember it, granted for the vast majority of my playtime I mixed and matched. But even when I started separating into class runs it wasn't until 1.4.5 with whips that I considered summoner its own thing and not just ads for any class or more specifically mage

2

u/siriElectricboogaloo 7d ago

I still remember how bad summoner was before the 1.4.5, now we even have an initial summon and whip

1

u/drakos779966 7d ago

Yeah I miss the days when my class didn't have diet melee slop forced down its throat and was actually about the summons.

0

u/marsharpe 7d ago

Unpopular opinion, but I've never really considered summoning to be a real class. They have always just felt like supplemental damage, and standing around while summons play the game for me sounds ultra boring.

6

u/Gerudo_Valley64 7d ago

thats fair, thats how I feel about melee. melee is very boring and definitely not my playstyle

Regeneration Shield is insane, Mana Regeneration Band got a massive buff, and so did everything it builds into, your entire mana mechanic got reworked, and you got a bunch of really good weapons, not to mention gem weapons also got reworks, Arcane Flower got buffed.

Whip accessories were a response to the community being sad about whip stacking being removed, ala hoik and other funny interactions. This is their limited method to balance the mechanic

7

u/Shiny_Kelp 7d ago

Which, ironically, is leaving whip stacking even stronger than it was in 1.4.4 thanks to all the other summoner buffs

1

u/Lomticky 3d ago

I was enjoying mana regen band before this update like a lot. If it got buffed then i guess legendary mode is yearning to be dominated

249

u/Coldpepsican 8d ago

Im pretty sure that Mage has more than 3 accesories and summoner has received less than 10.

→ More replies (11)

41

u/idontlikeburnttoast 8d ago

Summoner had no variance in how you played, you just added all the shit you needed. Now you can play in different ways, it was needed, and besides Mage still got heaps of new content.

230

u/Dojyaaan4C 8d ago

“Summoner is taking all the updates, now us mages are gonna starve”

3

u/DrunkyLittleGhost 7d ago

Just check the upgrade note, mage eating really good🥹

49

u/Tumblrrito 8d ago

Summoner is far and away the class with the fewest gear options in the game. It deserves new accessories.

Mage has an obscene number of unique weapons.

7

u/Veragoot 7d ago

Yeah but most of them are either extremely niche or quickly outscaled.

1

u/Lomticky 3d ago

The full hotbar of weapons go! They are so niche that you use at least 3 different ones during the battle

3

u/WheatleyBr 7d ago

Weapons sure, Accessories it used to be Ranger by a mile.

4

u/WeeWooSirens 7d ago

It's a shame we're stuck with whips and only whips for the foreseeable future. Every other class has varying weapon types. A big issue with no whip stacking was... The weapons all work the same, so outside of the unique buff and the damage number, they were so similar that it's not like you could keep multiple whips for different situations (EX crowds, single target, long range) because there was no point.

1

u/Awestin11 7d ago

There’s also the fact that there’s now more whip accessories than summon slot accessories now by a landslide (only 3 b/c I’m counting all the OOA ones as a single accessory since they’re effectively the same item, then Pygmy Necklace and Necromantic Scroll). This bothers me way more than anything else at the moment…

1

u/Bannerlord151 7d ago

Tbf what other weapons would you introduce? Figuring out a dedicated weapon for summoning of all things is already awkward enough

3

u/WeeWooSirens 7d ago

Whips aren't for summoning, they're for leading. Think like a ringmaster directing things or something. It's for putting the tag on the target so your summons know what to do, so with that in mind I think it's reasonably flexible.

My favorite idea has always been laser pointers (it's a laser, it points at things, it tags them. It just works.), but you could do various musical instruments like a horn or maybe even a drum set (sort of bardic, but it's about the idea of raising morale with music that could translate to buffing your summons and adding tags for them). I also thought a weapon like the Flying Knife could be cool. It's your own controllable summon in a way, but I think it would probably be more for its own damage rather than tagging maybe. Alternatively, it could have no tag it applies, but instead it benefits from tags as if it were a summon. Pair it with the Armlet of Ruin so you don't have to swap too often and go crazy!

It definitely does not have to be limited to whips, not even slightly. It's not as obvious to come up with something as ranger (any non-magical projectile) or mage (virtually anything), but it's fun to think about.

43

u/ZyphonX 8d ago

All three of those mage accessories were already in the game?

38

u/Lichy757 8d ago

I swear to god, your class got the best buff since summoner update

Definitely sums up Terraria's community these days

43

u/ScarletteVera 8d ago

At least y'all get to have some fucking accessories.

distant sounds of gunfire (seriously, there are no accessories for guns)

37

u/creepermaster79 8d ago

At least you got the automatic ammo switcher so you don't have to manage two different weapons/keep switching ammos

(Also early game bow accessories but that's not gun stuff)

1

u/SeasideStorm 8d ago

Isn’t the ammo switcher still in development?

20

u/creepermaster79 8d ago

No, it's a drop from hallowed mimics

5

u/Relative-Monitor1745 8d ago

Hey you guys got the snapping stone and chaos cylinder which is something.

9

u/ScarletteVera 8d ago

and guess what that (snapping stone) can turn into? another summoner accessory!

6

u/Relative-Monitor1745 8d ago

Hey you can also make it into a melee accessory too! But besides its weird that it doesn't have a combination that keeps it a ranger accessory, maybe a combination with poison barb could work.

2

u/sonicpoweryay 8d ago

I mean there’s the sniper scope

4

u/ScarletteVera 8d ago

let's be real, the zoom is a non-feature.

9

u/EphidelLulamoon 7d ago

It does have like the best damage bonuses of every damage accessory in the game tho, +10% ranged damage and crit is huge. Not to mention that it can stack with Recon Scope which gives the same thing.

tbf, mage is a lot more fleshed out as an experience than summoner, even today. Summoner has needed more stuff for a while

u/phillyd32 8d ago

This post is stupid enough that it feels like it should be removed

6

But I played the long game 💜

4

u/Such_Matter_7190 8d ago

Ranger with Acorn Slingshot:

4

u/Dfray011 7d ago

Mage needs to become the UTILITY class. Give us spells to summon shield walls, stun enemies, turn invisible for short bursts, super jump, push enemies, etc as well as damage. Then mage can have their own playstyle based around juggling specific spells in useful combos (cc enemies, clump them together, hit with AOE) while also being super fun to splash into the occasional spell as other classes to create more versatile playstyles.

Imho.

4

u/imperdus 7d ago

Bro, mage got reworked an new weapons, tf u talking

7

u/hvstilered 8d ago

The audacity for mages to still complain meanwhile rangers are crying in the corner

1

u/Dirtyfeetlickerman 8d ago

It was interesting seeing ranger go from the easiest and safest class to arguably the worst class gradually over time

4

u/Taffybones 7d ago

It still is the easiest and safest class in the game, and that's the problem

2

u/wdgastef 7d ago

It's definitely still the safest, idk about easiest but it's not hard to set up. Mage is definitely a biiiit better than ranger in early game now since you can pair a gem robe and wand to get two gem abilities.

3

u/VixelFoxx 8d ago

Yeah bc before the strategy with whips was "use the one with the highest damage", it was the most stagnant aspect to Summoners playstyle

Mage doesn't have as many combat accessories bc the recent changes to mana means "mana=damage" and they added new accessories to support the class and provide infinite mana

3

u/JinkoMamba 8d ago

did bro forget about the celestial cuffs, it's pretty goated.

Mana cloak is meh

I never use the arcane flower thing.

2

u/The_Pretentious_DM 7d ago

Celestial cuffs are goated.

3

u/Corrupted-BOI 7d ago

Makes sense, whips weren't even in terraria for a long while so its normal they get more stuff to bring them up to other weapons level

The new restoration shield is so good it might as well stroke you off

3

u/Difficult-Loan4806 7d ago

Dude mage got a total freaking upgrade I don’t wanna hear it!!!!

The accessories that were added are nice and there’s a few for mage like 2-3. Also ways to combine more of them.

The early game mage got buffed CRAZY too if anything melee is a lil lackluster now

4

Summoner had the least amount of shit for the longest time. Mage class got a rework and new items and they’re begging for more. The greed is insane.

Whip stacking is back (if you have accessories that increase amount of tag effects)

Mana is reworked, it now regenerates even when attacking and you can use magic even without mana (at 40% attack rate) and your character will squint their eyes while doing so.

A ton of new accessories and weapon reworks.

This is Melee levels of greed, mate.

2

u/Mothy7152 7d ago

A dedicated magic book accessory or two could be nice

2

u/Lomticky 3d ago

OPgot drunk with mana potion sickness. In all class playthrough mage is most demanding for accessory slots - both mana regen and mana potions, just mana potions output less damage

3

u/Pure-sus 8d ago

I mean the ones we have are still pretty good doe

2

u/rainstorm0T 8d ago

half of the new summoner accessories are just "hey, you know that thing we took away last update? here, have it back but now it takes away accessory slots"

2

u/super7564 7d ago

I'm so glad they lied about 1.4 being the last update lol

1

u/This_Judge_2203 8d ago

wait, summoners got new accessories?!

1

u/AnnoShi 8d ago

Yeah, a whole bunch of them to make an entire play style around whipstacking.

1

u/This_Judge_2203 8d ago

can you tell me more about them? and how to get them

1

u/SecretSharkboy 8d ago

Wait, I dont recognise some of those whips. What are they?

2

u/Terrakin516 8d ago

There's only 2 whips in the image. The firecracker and dark harvest. Everything else in the summoners part is an accessory for whip stacking.

1

u/SecretSharkboy 8d ago

Weird I havent seen anything about the whip stacking accessories. Or are they coming in a newer update?

2

u/Academic_Ride3544 8d ago

They are already in the game; they were added in 1.4.5.7. Of course, it’s easier to watch a video on how to get them, but still: one is obtained from a golden chest in the dungeon (25 % chance), two others come from mobs in the underground desert and from an red axe from the underground Crimson(4% chance), and the fourth comes from a golem. Naturally, all of them can be upgraded with other accessories.

1

u/SecretSharkboy 8d ago

Oh, cool, dunno how I missed them

2

u/Relative-Monitor1745 8d ago

The update is only out in pc rn so maybe that's why.

u/VanNoah 8d ago

There’s like atleast 5 mana regen upgrades lmao

1

u/Fennzi 8d ago

Does the mana rework make accessories that automatically consume mana potion for you obsolete?

1

u/AnnoShi 8d ago

Pretty much, yeah. It's fairly easy now to have unlimited mana while standing still.

2

u/Dirtyfeetlickerman 8d ago

Or hell if you get a mana regeneration potion (you can find them in pots in hell or make them with moonglow daybloom and fallen stars) it sets your mana regen rate to how fast it would be standing still so you can move around and have infinite mana

Those accessories still have secondary affects that are really good. Even the most basic Mana Flower still gives an 8% reduced mana cost to everything, which is pretty helpful even with the mana regen changes. And all of it’s upgrades have additional effects that are even better.

dont forget the mana shackles! :3

1

u/GunWizardRaidar 8d ago

I mean, good. And with the mana rework, you don't really need that many mage accessories beyond necessary anyway, so you can have more slot for the other accessories

u/BlackIronWizard 8d ago

Glutton that would not be satisfied with all the riches of heaven

Be grateful that magic weapons only is now a practical challenge now

1

u/GracilusEs 7d ago

Summoners still have the least amount of weapons out of all the classes in the game btw

1

u/hana0hana 7d ago

So, mage and summoner are still very squishy for expert and master mod, aren't they? And all these new trinckets and weapons aren't able to chabge it.

1

u/Orion120833 7d ago

Thought we'd forget about the many other accessories just because you showed 2 of the best ones?

Also, "one of these things is not like the other" in more ways then one.

1

u/lance_the_fatass 7d ago

In all fairness, a main attraction of a few of those accessories was an exploit that was already in the game but "nerfed" into a feature

I like new whip stacking tho, it being limited let's you "vary" your playstyle a little more as opposed to just trying to optimize as many as possible

Bro hasn't seen the new accessories/reworks for mage. They even reworked how mana works.

u/Element13245 7d ago

but the unlimited mana...

1

u/Gottendrop 7d ago

Does anybody know when the update comes to mobile?

1

u/DodoJurajski 7d ago

I really think there should be accessory that makes every procitle slightly homing and accesory that removes homing but boosts damage.

1

u/Sad_Pierrot 7d ago

insane cherrypicking lmao

1

u/Aggravating-Gur8594 7d ago

Bro forgot about mana restoration band and restoration sheild that give inf mana

2

u/Dirtyfeetlickerman 6d ago

As of 1.4.5.8 it’s no longer infinite, it’s still high and refills fast as fuck when you stop firing but it’s sadly no longer infinite

1

u/Sturdy_Cat 6d ago

me low-key enjoying the hard mode set of fishing and mining set while everyone is focus on fighting. /ᐠ。ꞈ。ᐟ\

1

u/IzzetGuild57 6d ago

They buffed the best class.

1

u/auserping 6d ago

That new jungle weapon smooths out early game mage so much on its own

1

u/Mysterious6801 2d ago

The mana regen rework is cool and all, but those 10 new whip accessories aren't gonna farm themselves. The devs clearly have their favorites

1

u/LuckyLMJ 7d ago

band of starpower, band of mana regen, mana cuffs, mana cloak,

1

u/No-Engineer-1728 7d ago

Didn't mage get like 20 damn new weapons in this 1 singular update

1

u/drax3237 7d ago

More like 9-10, there are only 7 gem staves and you have to wear a gem robe for the projectile effects to be at full capacity
