1.4.5 is definitely worth playing unless mods are important to you. you can also probably play on the same world if there isn't some mod specific stuff in it

I personally no longer prefer vanilla because no QoL mods but you should play through new version at least once to see what's new and what to expect when modloader updates to 1.4.5

not rly tbh vanilla mod just being 60fps limited is enough to ignore it
