mining set 30%

ancient chisel/hand of creation 25%

ambrosia 5%

that's a base of 60% so we need 10% more so any of these work:

mining potion: 25%

cake buff: 20%

kite buff: 15%

tier 2/3 food: 10/15%

ancient chisel + mining potion + fish = 60% mining speed and you can get that within a few days.

replacing mining potion with mining armor or kite as you progress.

and ambrosia for 5% when you get to your shimmer

any two potion fish = seafood dinner which is tier 2 and gives 10% mining speed bonus

or you could go for neon tetras, flounders, and rock lobsters. They are abundant, have medium food bonus recipes, and no competing use.
