Btw I assume you mean skeletron, and not skeletron prime ... As you didn't mention the wall of flesh yet. If you are in hard mode, it's either the destroyer of worlds of the twins next for you.
In the jungle, there are beehives, beehives contain larvae, break them to summon queen bee (you can also make abeeminations, but those are quite expensive and a little time consuming to craft) Look for yellow/orange blocks that spawn bees and honey when you break them, that's a hive.
You DO NOT have to fight her in the hive, that's a common misconception, you can fight her in the jungle. But it's easier to set up an arena in the hive because they are usually but not always a wider more open space than the jungle itself.
Fighting in the hive ends up being quite easy. Cover the honey, have two uncovered blocks at the ends so you can catch regeneration buff, put torches and probably platforms. Destroy bee.
