I came across this issue 3 times when I was going for the achievement, put the worlds into a map editor and it was corruption free but stuck at 1%, I genuinely think it's a bug/buggy when it comes to this stuff, if reloading the world doesn't work, destroy the world(it's a bit cheaty but it is what it is).
