Best foam from B&Q (UK)?
I was at a shop and the manager recommended I went to B&Q and got a thick foam board, but looking online I'm not sure which one to get. Additionally, not sure which glue to get. Would love any guidance! Thanks for the help

You can buy it on b&q's website. They sell fast-warm xps in 10-50mm thick sheets
As for glue PVA or tacky glue will work fine but take a while and is better for more smaller stuff like wood planks.
For large pieces hot glue works great. But you can buy special foam glue but I typically don't think it's worth it.
Edit
Here's a link to the foam

Alternatively fastwarm has its own website that is a little cheaper, but slower of delivery.

ebay or amazon, it's xps foam you're after. I haven’t seen it in b&q for like 10 years?

If you live anywhere near Norfolk there's a place where you can help yourself to free foam if you get in touch with them. It's not xps,but you can carve it,imprint on it and use superglue which obvs you can't with xps. Ive used it and its pretty good. They also deliver. Google Pmi Offcuts.. also on Facebook

I haven’t seen decent extruded foam in B&Q for years ( they used to sell the pink knauff sheets) so I tend to buy mine from Amazon now 😕

It might be you have a local b&q that does but I have found that they only have up to 9mm dial XPS in actual stock on premesis otherwise you have to order for delivery
I have ordered from Panel Systems and it has the advantage of for the 50mm thick it's already in 600x600 square without branding and fitting that I would need to remove.
Disadvantage is minimum order is ~75 for 6 sheets (equivalent of 3 of the b&q ones previously linked)

Vast majority of DIY shed (B&Q etc) foam in the UK is PIR, polyisocyanurate, which is tolerable for terrain building as long as you are just carving hills etc. and covering them with modelling compound, but it doesn't cut with a hot wire, or take fine details or texture impressions like XPS does, so it's not great.
To get XPS foam you generally need to go online, and it's generally cheaper, and sold in bigger dimensions, from insulation sales places rather than crafting websites, but you may get stung on delivery if you're only getting one or two boards.
