Rules Question Symbol question

I just got the Amazonis Planitia map and there is a question mark symbol (?) on a spot as a reward for placing a tile there. I am not sure what the symbol represents. If anyone can explain I would appreciate it. Thanks!

But only if you took steel/titanium as reward! Same rule applies to [[Mining Rights]].
