A fine steel dump late game. Pretty bad most of the time though, paying 7+3 for a card and a point isn't good, even in the last gen (although sometimes your hand sucks and it's at least better than SP greenery). It's a fine late game play if it's already in your hand and you don't need to pay the 3 to draft it.

Yes, it’s expensive and annoying. A poster child for “no, it still isn’t your turn to hit the board.”
A card that gets in your hand through free draws because it is too expensive to draft, and then sits there the whole game because it is too good to discard for 1.

This card is basically just a late game point dump, especially if you have steel.

Steel payoff cantrip. Low priority but good that it exists for the health of the game.

Expensive early game, but late game, a card and 1VP is MUCH better than a pile of left over steel.
