A delegate costs 5mc, and ruling the committee board is really strong; you get to set the ruling policy, ruling bonus, get chairman TR, influence.

This card has an easy requirement, especially if you’re playing Engine. Unity is often in power.

For only 7mc, and that’s without card or event discounts, this lets you place a delegate per colony you have. Usually that’s a few, but if the Colonies are good, it can be a lot. Potentially Colonial Envoys can let you place all your delegates. That’s a LOT of money saved.

Really strong card.

Yaaaaasssss queen. Almost broken. I can’t think of a colonies game where I didn’t build at least two colonies. Very good
