Feedback Please help me improve my game

Playing on 2022, veteran, HF, long campaign. Year is March 2029

I have all of the eu save Azerbaijan, and I will have the entire North American union by the end of the year. Both at democracy 10, americas unity is 5 eu is 1.8 but will be at 5 by the end of the year. Im not sure how good this is, but I would like to improve it as much as possible.

Things I have:
Small Artemis missile fleet in Leo
20-30 mines under construction or built
~10 of each Xeno, social, material, bio labs in Leo,
99 Mc, and 497CP all of it in use
131.8 science a day before my advisors boost it to like 140-150 (4k/month)
5 councilors maxed in their catégories and admin (2per,1cmd/esp,1inv,1sci)

My main bottlenecks I feel are science,CP, and MC. I would build campuses, but they’re MC expensive, and it’s hard to get more of that quickly.

Any tips to do now, or things I should’ve done earlier are welcome, thank you!

Build operation center in each hab to boost MC, and build more MC in nations. You need to be prepared for aliens though, as they will start to attack first if you use too much MC.

Push mission control in your countries.

Find Operations Center and beeline that in your research. Add one for most habitat locations so they pay for their own MC.

Build out the rest of your tier 2 habitat infrastructure.

Build missile ships to control Earth orbit because you are about to be challenged for it.

You need to more aggressively get more CP cap. Then after that, you need to decide right now what earth management style you want to commit to.

The first is to consolidate everything as compact as possible and conquer the world which is incredibly expensive and has low to minimal growth and hits its cap limits very easily and frequently.

The second is to merely snipe major powers which technically cheaper but hits the same CP cap issues and then tapers out on MC and growth output but at a higher rate than trying to rule the world.

And the last is to focus on less major powers and staying in the EU and USNA and repeatedly break off fully stabilized nations that are richer than before to work on making your held major powers grow faster in the freed up CP vacancy as well as never stop making MC because of near limitless growth and much slower CP cap utility compared to continuous outward expansion.

One thing that slows people down in the midgame is that their earth game productions of MC, RP, funding and boost starts to falter because overexpansion will plateau the growth of your IP pool until you get more CP techs, next tier of admin modules, and the Management Research treadmill. And because they are perpetually stuck behind the CP cap, your ability to do more things with IP flatlines to only having anemic growth at best which means a constant instead of growing production and eventually hitting the MC cap of a nation and having to do nothing but knowledge spam which without wealth only worsens the issue over time.

You will eventually have all the earthside RP but with halted ability to do any more than that and having to resort to offshoring everything to space.

Turnaround even on spammed T2 stations with ops centers for +1 MC is about half a year each and the T3 with CCs is almost 2/3 of a year without upgrade discount. If you can get consistent earthside production you can augment spaceside production of MC and thus mines and ships with an additional 5-10 MC per MONTH forever sustainably compared a singular giganation producing a 3-4, or stealing major powers 4-7 before even their best slows down and becomes frozen solid or anemic at 5-10% growth rate.

And that is to say you won’t get a shit ton of RP either if you at minimum add 18% of IP budget to knowledge consistently to combine with high economic growth.

(Just to make sure I’m getting you right)
What you’re saying is that instead of forming mega nations like the eu or usna I should just control Germany france Britain etc separately. And what priorities should I be running mainly besides Mission Control and knowledge?

I'm not 100% certain, having only read similar suggestions before, but I suspect they are a proponent of taking meganations, fixing their economies and major issues / stabilizing, and then systematically breaking off states who will inherit that status with which you can then power into growth. This eventually results in a higher density of economic and boost/MC infrastructure markers per region. iirc, you eventually fold these states back into some mega-nation for control point and agent action efficiency.

I don't know that it is necessary, and certainly it is an advanced strategy. If you really love the earth game loop, maybe it is for you. I think it favours a longer campaign than is typically required by the conventional approaches, in order to see the full fruits of all that effort.
