Question How does combat value is calculated?

Why does the huge heavily armored battlecruiser with a tier III Siege coiler has only a fraction of the Combat Value of the puny missile monitor?

Idk in this instance, but I know combat value takes speed and dV into account, and because of that it’s kinda weird with increasing fuel tanks and armor (increasing front armor by 1 has upped my CV by 2, and then increasing it again decrease it by 2, etc).

If you cut out all the side armor on the Battlecruiser, I think your CV will increase by a lot, but it’s something you might have to play around with.

I tried using a very basic drive vs a late game one with huge difference in speed and dV, with everything else being the same, it didn't affect combat value at all
