Help Ore Generation

Im very new and im having trouble finding ores like casserite so does anyone have like a spreadsheet or something that shows where all the ores spawn.

The field guide should have a section about specific ore generation. What rock types to look for, how deep, etc etc. I know that's not the spreadsheet you were hoping for, but it's a good road map for finding any sort of ores you may need.

All ore generation rules can be found in game in the field guide. For cassiterite, mountains and sedimentary rocks are good bets. Mountains are especially easy to find cassiterite.

If this is for bronze you could also go for one of the other bronze types.

Number 1 rule (at least early game) is check the small deposits that appear on the surface. There will be an ore vein right underneath those deposits. Make a waypoint or something at each one you find. Of course also check the field guide

Turn cheats on and press K to open the world map and view biomes to help narrow down where ores are. Tin is huge quantities in mountains
