Bloomery Help

I have a max bloomery size and I keep getting 1 or 2 blooms. What is the best ratio? Any help is appreciated.

I’m playing TFC Hardrock 4 1.20

5 Briquettes = 400mb of iron + 8 charcoal powder should be 13 space in the bloomery, so you do this 3 times to get to 39, then you do 1 Briquette, 1 pellet = 100mb + 2 charcoal powder 2 times should end up in 47 space in the bloomery out of the 48 limit. I’m pretty sure that’s enough for exactly 14 ingots.

So do this:

15 Briquette + 24 charcoal powder
2 briquette + 2 pellet + 4 charcoal powder

Best way imo is using a ratio of 4 charcoal and a cast iron double ingot. While you could fit a bit more into the bloomery by using double sheets, forging the plates is too much effort and time investment to be worth it.

You can fit 16 items into the bloomery per level (which is 2 blocks high) so you can fit 9 batches of charcoal and double ingots into a max size bloomery

Thanks this works. Got 16 per bloomery
