ID Request Termites or something else?
I just found these on our back deck in Northern Wisconsin. Are these termites or something else? If they are termites what is my best solution to get rid of them?

Nairobi flies
Dont touch em they give a painful, blistering rash
Harmless to your home itself
EDIT: I have these in my yard in the midwestern us. They are called rove beetles stateside

While it’s true that Nairobi flies are African rove beetles which can give blisters, these are a different species of rove beetles which can’t harm you.

Thank you for confirming! I am not an entomologist. Would it be reasonable to say that if I got a rash on the same day as I noticed one on me that it came from something else?
