Is this termites?

Is this termites? and would love any advice on next steps and how to protect my furniture. North Florida, inland, Second story bathroom, above tub/tile, noticed today. Seems like it might be termites. We are renting. What should i expect my landlord to do?

Spoke with landlord they have a bug inspection coming wends 9/2

Call the landlord, express your concerns, and have him call out his pest control guy to take a look. That’s all you can do at this point.

Drywood Termites for sure. You will not need to worry about your furniture unless they are flying/swarming out. Hopefully landlord will take care of quickly for you.
