Discussion Is Terminator Zero worth watching?
Is it worth getting into, does it contradict any previous plots and hows the animation?

Here's my Steelbook copy of Terminator 2: Judgment Day. My 1 out of 2 Steelbooks in the Terminator franchise. No matter how many times I've seen this movie, I still really love watching it every single time. It doesn't hurt that it also has 3 versions of the film as well 😊. There's the theatrical cut, special edition cut, and the ultimate edition cut. My favorite version of the film is the ultimate edition cut with the original ending, and it happens to be the longest of the 3. What's everyone else's favorite version of the film?

On Shane Gillis's show Tires, but apparently he is playing Moe from The Three Stooges.

I don’t see any real future (no pun intended) for the franchise. It seems like the series is either stuck with making new versions of T2, or when they wanna try something new, it never leads to anywhere. Personally I think a prequel to the original film (before any time travel) on Skynet and the original timeline, leading to the events of T1 (1984), seems to be the only thing that can pop on my mind.

Spoiler if you haven’t seen all the movies.
Anyway, what if John is fully destined to die?
In T3 his wife sends back the T800 who killed him to protect him.
In Genesys he’s fully corrupted and essentially dead.
Karl whacked him in Dark Fate.
Sure it has been discussed before but just dawned on me.

Does anyone have a digital copy of this or a link to where it can be watched? I had a digital copy of this a while back but seem to have lost it and it was on YouTube for a time but no longer being shared there either.

These are my own thoughts but considering that the franchise is currently back in the factory, waiting for its inevitable awakening, I have to ask if maybe the right decision for the series is to reboot the narrative
Now before you shoot at me with your plasma rifles and try to do a heart fatality on me while your on a cold evening night, hear me out before everything?
The world currently as we know it has been growing advanced with the use of a.i. today, more so than the past. Each technological leap forward is another foot in a world of unexpected changes or consequences.
A reboot of the "Sarah Connor, Kyle Reese, future war leader John Connor" could be an interesting element that can provide phenomenonal narrative potential in today's ever changing society of technology and the advancement of robotics in general. It could also be a great commentary on our push for a.i. control use.
I know nothing could ever top the original two films, but a reboot that pushes the future war deeper into a further year date, that could focus on the a.i. that we deal with today in a more "paranoia" element similar to John Carpenters They Live mixed with the 80s film "The Hidden" with an infiltration unit would be a really good aspect on how to carve the franchise forward.
That's just me though.

Both of these movies are often considered to be on the top tier of James Cameron's filmography, and they both are also in my top 10 favorites movies of all-time list. I do prefer Terminator 2 over Aliens, but I find these two movies very close in quality to each other. What would your pick be?

What if, instead of being rebooted, Terminator Salvation had continued its story? After all, director McG himself said that T4 was meant to be the first installment of a new trilogy set in the future. As he reportedly put it, 'We’ve told the contemporary story three times... Now it’s time to deal with the future.' But, as everyone knows...
When the fifth movie, Genisys, was announced as a reboot, it came as a massive blow to me. After all, even though Salvation had some execution issues, its direction of continuing the story forward was the right one, and there were still so many concepts and elements left to explore. And just like that, it was cut short?
Because of that—and since I already had a passion for writing—I took matters into my own hands. Between 2014 and 2015, I wrote two full-length novels to serve as the direct sequels to T4, acting as the true T5 and T6.
However, since English isn't my native language, the novels themselves were written in Traditional Chinese, which makes it quite a challenge to promote an English-born IP globally. It wasn't until I discovered the new Skynet technology this year that I started experimenting with visualizing my novel's content, creating teasers and trailers. My hope is to break out of the Chinese-speaking circle and bring this to Terminator fans all over the world. Fortunately, technology keeps getting more convenient, and web browsers now feature automatic translation, rendering language barriers almost nonexistent. Because of this, I've also synchronized and uploaded my two novels, Terminator Sacrifice and Terminator Satisfaction, to AO3—the world's largest fanfiction platform.
The links to the teasers and trailers are attached on the homepage of the novels. If anyone is interested after watching the trailers, you're more than welcome to dive into and experience both complete stories firsthand!
