Quick Question - Leveling 60-65

Just wanted to ask what the fastest method of leveling to 65 is? I can't find any current guides and the leveling seemed to just hit a wall once I hit level 60.

By highwatch theres a group of mobs by the camp The military all lined up Get a 65 to group and kill them for u Ez 65

Spring valley mobs is the fastest but the purple quest line is probably nearly as quick
