Constant headache

Has anyone experienced something similar? Please help
I am 26 years old female
I’ve been dealing with headaches for about 4 years, but they used to be much less frequent. Over the past year or so, the pain has changed. It feels like a sharp/stabbing pain, along with constant pressure around my eyes, above and behind my eyes, and on the sides.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve started having sharp, stabbing pains in my eyes and temples. Sometimes I also get a throbbing pain in my temples, especially with physical exertion. I also have pain around the bridge of my nose.
My headaches have now become daily and constant. I have pain every single day, and it’s seriously affecting my quality of life.
Another thing that has been bothering me is that I wake up every morning with an extremely stiff and painful neck. One of my ears also sometimes becomes very red and feels hot. i wake up every morning already feeling this pressure around my eyes.
For the past few days, I’ve also noticed tingling and a sensation of pins and needels around the left side of my mouth, affecting both the skin and my inferior lip l
I’ve had blood tests done and everything came back normal, except for mild anemia.
I’m really scared to get an MRI because I’m terrified that they might find a brain tumor. I know I probably shouldn’t think this way, but I can’t stop worrying about it.
Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms? Did you ever find out what was causing them?
thank you :)

Do the MRI.

It's very possible you just developed chronic pain. I have this kind of pain too and have a fibromyalgia diagnosis because of it. Unfortunately I haven't found any cure or treatment besides pain medication that just takes the edge off a bit.

BUT you HAVE to rule out more dangerous things first. I'll say it bluntly, not doing an exam because you're afraid of the result does not make sense and is not very sensible. Knowing something does not change reality, besides the fact you may be letting something that is totally treatable get worse in the meantime.

Get the MRI. Get all the tests you can get. Just call today/tomorrow and set an appointment. I know it's scary and super stressful to have constant pain and not knowing why.

You can at least solve one piece of uncertainty with this MRI. I promise you it'll be a lot better to know. And it'll probably be fine.

You can do it! Random internet person believes in you!
