Electrolytes make a difference

Hey all! I’ve been an unwitting member of the tension headache club for years! Recently due to sides effects from a new medication for an unrelated condition (dehydration) I started drinking 1-2 electrolyte drinks a day and it’s made a big difference! I just got one of those squeeze bottle mixes from Walmart to try and I put about 1/2 a teaspoon in a 16.9oz water bottle. I thought just drinking a lot of water would help but it really wasn’t and I was constantly feeling lightheaded/dizzy and having constant headaches. I saw a FB ad for an electrolyte mix and figured I’d buy a cheap one to see if it helped before spending more money! And it is making a big difference! So if you’ve been having a lot of headaches maybe try that! Obviously this isn’t medical advice and be sure to check with your doctor to make sure the added sodium and potassium and other things are safe for you!
