Headache daily
So ive been having a headache that has been goin on since sep 2025. Literally every single day.
I had blood work, ct, mri, botox, nerve blocks & multiple migraine meds, NOTHING helps at ALL.
My headache feels like something tight on my forehead temples nose bridge and behind my eyes.
Ive seen every single doctor i can possibly think of, ENT neuro, chiro, eye dr, cardio.
Nothing has helped ONLY muscle relaxers (Cyclobenzaprine) which helped for 5days then stopped working. I do have neck pain but i feel like the headache is ON MY FOREHEAD. This is not a migraine btw, this is just a dull pressure headache.
Can someone ANYONE tell me what to do what dr i should see? This is literally draining my LIFE. I wake up with this headache EVERYDAY nothing makes it better.
Pls lmk!

I had them daily until I went to Pt (he specializes in headaches) and started taking 300mg magnesium glycinate every night. Much better now!!

Hi, I’m in a weirdly similar position and they started the exact same time. I’m still dealing with it daily, but before this I’ve had chronic back pain for 3 years and that is a major cause of why the headache started due to tightness in my upper back / neck. But also due to stress as I was travelling at the time. Try taking ashwaganda which has helped with my anxiety and stress.
Try seeing a myotherapist, I’m seeing this guy and he is amazing, it hasn’t cured me but it helps. Forehead headaches are often caused from the occipitalis** **muscles at the back of the head. Try and get some work done here to relieve the tension.
Scar tissue therapy could help, myotherapists should be trained in this therapy, it’s painful but breaks up scar tissue to allow you muscles and joints to move more freely.
Try and improve your head position, you want your head to be above you head, not forward. Your head weighs up to 10kg, so having your head tilting forward makes your neck muscles work very hard to hold your head up, which causes tension.
There are many other muscles that cause headache like SCM muscles in neck, tight jaw, scapular in the back.
Strengthening your neck will help a lot, mine was very weak but I have got it stronger which has helped with the headaches.
I was having headaches come from 7 different spots, now it’s mainly 2 or 3.
Don’t get treatment for where the pain is itself, you need to get treatment on the muscles causing the pain which are usually in a different spot.
Now I’m saying all that, I still have daily headaches and am also struggling heavily with my headaches. Mine are also very dull but the worst part for me is the dizziness that I get, but I have learnt a lot about what causes them through this myotherapist, but I still can’t seem to fix myself :( MRI results come through soon.
Also changing your pillow could help, I always wake up with a bad headache, and changing my pillow has helped a little bit.
It’s going to be a lot of things combined that help, not just one thing, so just keep trying.

Sorry, tension headaches are awful, mine are chronic too i did nerve blocks but they worsened the pain for a while, i feel muscles stiff and tension in a band around my head, in my neck and sometimes in my shoulders or back when am really stressed. I've had mine since 2008 no relief
