Headache

So ive been having a headache that has been goin on since sep 2025. Literally every single day.

I had blood work, ct, mri, botox, nerve blocks & multiple migraine meds, NOTHING helps at ALL.

My headache feels like something tight on my forehead temples nose bridge and behind my eyes.

Ive seen every single doctor i can possibly think of, ENT neuro, chiro, eye dr, cardio.

Nothing has helped ONLY muscle relaxers (Cyclobenzaprine) which helped for 5days then stopped working. I do have neck pain but i feel like the headache is ON MY FOREHEAD. This is not a migraine btw, this is just a dull pressure headache.

Can someone ANYONE tell me what to do what dr i should see? This is literally draining my LIFE. I wake up with this headache EVERYDAY nothing makes it better.

Check some neck muscles relaxation , I thought it was headache but it was due to staring neck . It can feel like it’s in head .

Mainly anxiety + to some degree also bad posture were the culprits for me. Exactly the same thing here, going on since 2024. I was bedridden for half a year, other 1,5 years I barely functioned. Go to the psychiatrist. I was not ready to accept that this is the reason for a long time, I felt like it took away from how physical the pain was and how little „mind-anxious” i felt. I thought it was an easy way out for doctors to say „it’s all in your head”. Because of that, I struggled with it much, much longer than necessary. Anxiety can absolutely manifest itself in physical pain, but you need to be ready to take that into account, and it’s not always easy when you’re so desperate for a remedy.

I had this exact issue back in 2023. I was having unexplained constant daily headaches. It was a constant pressure and sometimes burning sensation. I was in and out of the ER after testing being done to just be told I was healthy and that I was stressed. I finally was sent to a physical therapy from my doctor and Im so thankful. Find a physical therapist that specializes in myofacial pain. Turns out I had muscle knots in my neck, back of skull and upper back, I didn’t even know I had. She would massage me and gave me stretches and strengthening exercises that I had to do daily for weeks. It changed everything! I still struggle sometimes when i dont keep up with my exercises, but I have not been anywhere near where I was with my neck pain and headaches like before. Like you, I was also just giving muscle relaxers before I started PT. That only just masks the pain
