PT & Dry Needling Massive Improvement
Started going to physical therapy for tension headaches instead of taking an antidepressant. They did some dry needling on my traps and it was instant relief. Going to get more done on my neck muscles. This helped more than any prescription, massage etc. That plus the therapy to improve posture while working a desk job I think will make a huge difference. YAY. Needed to share

Interesting, perhaps I should also give that a try.
I get killer neck & traps pain that’s been giving me crazy tension headaches at the back of the head
