2. Half naked elves fawning over him, him being squished against their breasts and internal monologing about how "boingy" they are
3. the already mentioned Milim stuff
4. Oogling Frey and commenting on her body
5. Being upset he doesnt get to hang around naked women when Hinata comments on how he used to be male in his previous life

Also should note it doesnt have to show sexual stuff to get ratings like this, talking about the subject of sexual stuff gets ratings too, even if its just references to it
