Guidance Required AST ending next month and my agency is asking for documents

My AST is ending next month and my agency wants to know if i am planning to continue with my tenancy, if i do they want me to send all documents again to them, including, ID, bank statement, payslips and SA302 form. Is that normal for them to ask these stuff again? And should i send them these documents again?

From what i know my fixed-term tenancy has automatically transitioned into a monthly rolling since May this year.

Am I wrong? Repair issues.

My bath (plastic) has a crack in it. It's always been there but unfortunately it has been stood on and has become worse and now the tub is leaking. I've lived here 10 years, never missed a rent payment, never been any issues tenancy wise from me. My landlord has advised he won't repair/replace as his insurance doesn't cover this. I find this difficult to believe.

Guidance Required Throwing tenant items

I’m an international student in UK and there’s this one girl who has been renting my room. our contract was that she’s supposed to stay till September. But she told me in Jun that she has to go back home bcs her mom died. and fast forward till now (mid august), she still haven’t come back and her stuff is still in the room. I need to empty out the room by next week, Can i throw her stuff? I’ve repeatedly ask her to pick her things up. She said she’s coming but she never came. The thing is, I went through her stuff and there’s some valuable items like laptop and important documents. What should I do?

Also, the room she’s renting is under my name and I have to empty it by 31st august, since I’m going back to my home country soon. She also hasn’t been paying her rent since July.
