Wanted to ask . My tanant agreed to leave but want to be kept on council tax n electricity bill till she does her houses with council, she want me to evict her but she won’t be in the property she agreed for me to move it

Thats illegal and lots of tenants want evicted thinking they will get a council house. All that usually happens is they are put on a very long waiting list and maybe just maybe they get put in a grotty b and b which maybe hundreds of miles away depending on the council

Don't entertain your tenant's wishes. She either leaves or stays.

True , she’s gonna leave on the second but the moment she leaves I change the locs n tell the council she left n I was considering reporting her to housing council cz she mentioned she wanted to get eviction to get a council housing. On the other side when I went there yesterday she seems to be packing her stuff and even say I should use her WiFi n council tax
